Vacuum tanker services safely empty, transport, and dispose of septic and wastewater from onsite sanitation facilities.
You can request any service directly through the “Request Service” option on our website or by contacting customer care.

Fixed Bill Charges

This charge recovers fixed costs of providing water service to your property, even if no water is used during the month.
It is 20% for domestic or 40% for non-domestic customers and covers fixed sewer service costs, except for customers using septic tanks.
The sewer surcharge is 2.5% of the water charge and funds repair or replacement of aging sewer lines.
Bills are generated on the 17th of each month.
Payment is due 14 days after billing. Failure to pay may result in service disconnection.

Metered Bill Charges

The water charge is based on the actual amount of water consumed during the billing month.
Sewer charges are calculated as 20% for domestic or 40% for non-domestic customers based on water consumption.
It is a fixed charge applied to all metered properties: K5 for domestic, K8 for institutions, and K15 for commercial properties.
Consumption is the actual water used, calculated by subtracting the previous meter reading from the current one.
Yes. If payment is not made within 14 days after billing, disconnection may occur.
