How to Lodge a Complaint

All customer complaints are submitted through our regulator’s official online system called 'MyWatSan'. Follow the steps below to submit your complaint on your own, or visit any of our offices and our staff will help you.

Click to Open the Complaint System

Click the button below. You will be taken to the regulator’s official website where complaints are submitted.

Register or Log In

If this is your first time using the system, choose Register. You will need:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • A password you can remember

If you already have an account, choose Log In and enter:

  • Your email address
  • Your password

Go to Complaints

After logging in, look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Click on Complaints.

Choose “Lodge a Complaint”

Click the button that says Lodge a Complaint to open the form.

Select Your Water Company

When asked to select a Utility or CU, choose:

Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company

Fill in the Form and Submit

Complete the rest of the form with your details and explain your problem clearly. When finished, click Submit.
